Techniques for Including Crystals in Your Self-Care Routine and How to Make Intentions Manifest

Crystals are a great way to set goals and intentions, and they can also help you stay on track. Crystals are a physical reminder of what you’re working towards, which is why they can be so helpful for people who easily lose sight of their goals or get sidetracked.

You can program your crystals to help you set intentions by charging them under the sun or moon, making a clear intention in your mind, and then saying it out loud while holding the crystal. You could also tell your crystals what to do whenever you want to.

To clean and charge your crystals, just put them in direct sunlight for at least an hour a day for a few days or in direct moonlight overnight (make sure they aren’t touching each other). Once they are charged, put them somewhere safe, away from direct sunlight or heat sources like radiators or fireplaces, where they won’t be disturbed but are still visible enough to remind you what they are for.

Some people also like to bury them, put them on the ground or in a potted plant, or run them under water (out in nature is best, but your sink will do just fine).
