5 Reasons Why Investing in Yourself is Important

Are you ready to invest in yourself? Here’s why it’s important:

  1. 100% of the investment (time, money, energy) goes to you and towards achieving your goals. Not someone else. Not another company. Not towards outcomes that aren’t important to you. Take the course. Buy the book. Hire the coach. Book the retreat. Why? Keep reading!
  2. Avoid or prevent burning out. Burnout sometimes feels inevitable, but when you choose to invest your time, energy, and money into YOU and filling up YOUR bucket, you’ll can fight off exhaustion and burnout more effectively. What a relief.
  3. Investing in yourself can also look like outsourcing things you struggle with to free up time for doing the things you love and learning new things. Imagine having the time to read just for fun completely uninterrupted? That’s also investing in yourself. This could look like fluff & fold, housekeeping, it could also be website developers, marketing professionals, branding, or bookkeeping.
  4. People who have the support they need and invest in themselves and their own wellbeing often feel more productive, have more energy, and have better quality relationships with the people they care about. It was amazing how much happier and different I felt when I chose to invest in me.
  5. Investing in yourself = less stress + greater confidence. And that’s the kind of math this data analyst can always get behind hahaha 😘

While I believe you don’t need permission to invest in yourself, if that’s all that’s holding you back, I’m here to tell you, you 👏🏻 are 👏🏻 worth 👏🏻 it 👏🏻. The times that I have invested in ME made a huge difference in my life, happiness, and business. @harvestretreats is a direct result of that investment.
